My name is Kyle Knapp and I help people move better, feel better and rethink fitness. As a personal trainer, movement educator and health coach I’ve spent the last 20 years exploring exercise and fitness from almost every perspective, integrating and assimilating different modalities, programs and training styles to create holistic and enjoyable training experiences.
